Shipping policy

• At La Pureté, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring accuracy and the safety of every shipment, both within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
  
  
  Within the United Arab Emirates
  • Orders confirmed before 9:00 PM are delivered the next day.
  • For remote areas, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days.
  
  
  Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain
  • Delivery within 3 business days via Naqel Express.
  • Shipped under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) system – all customs duties and taxes are fully covered by La Pureté, and customers do not pay any additional fees upon delivery.
  
  
  Oman
  • DHL: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) system – customs duties and taxes are not included in the price. The customer will be responsible for paying these charges upon receiving the shipment from local customs.
  
  
  Rest of the World
  • Aramex: 3 to 7 business days.
  • DHL: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) system – customs duties and import taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  
  
  Important Notes
  • Sunday is a non-working day for some shipping carriers, which may affect delivery times.
  • A tracking number will be sent directly to the customer’s email address once the order has been shipped. Please make sure to provide the correct email address when placing your order.
  • In some cases, the customs authority in the destination country may request a copy of the customer’s ID to verify the buyer’s name before releasing the shipment.
   • Please ensure that all address details are entered accurately to avoid any delay in shipping.

  The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact information and delivery address provided when placing an order. If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery or delivery based on the information provided, the store shall not be responsible for any reshipping fees.
